Review of winning 14oz leather hook and loop boxing gloves after 1 year of use.
how is the wrist protection…do they feel snug???…have you tried the hayabusa tokushu gloves??? I am debating which one to get
Thanks for the review, man. I've heard that the Velcro Winnings have weak wrist support and this confirms it. They look awesome though. I'm sure the hand protection and craftsmanship is best-in-class, but I would be wary to buy these because I've had some wrist issues in the past. Gloves like the Tokushus, while not as nice, offer great hand protection and fantastic wrist support for a third of the price. If your job is to fight, however, then Winning is undoubtedly king and a good investment.
The new winning fight gloves – actual pro gloves 8/10oz. – have been redesigned and are very much a punchers glove now, if not THE punchers glove.
how long did they take to get shipped to your house?
Are they being shipped from California or Japan?
Pascal, the Tokushus offer great wrist protection. I've had them for 1 /12 years. they haven't worn out. I use them four days out fo the week, The velcro is still strong. Your barely feel the heavy bag when you punch with them. They're gerat for sparring.
Niciiiiiiiiiice youre reviews are awesome informs people nicely about the dangers and advantages of products
I like the laced one – they look better for the money – but if your training n hitting bags having one with a valcro strap is much easier.
Hi mate what exactly is the name of these gloves and do u think the 16 oz will be ok for heavyweight for training the padding looks awesome .thanks stef
Its a matter of personal opinion. They're the best for you, not everyone. Grants are the best imo

After all your review I'm getting myself lace-ups 😛
Hi guys! I need your help: I am looking for good gloves for sparring. I used Everlast so far and I got some problems with my hand. Therefore I need a glove with a decent padding. What would you recommend? Is there any model of Winning, Rival or the other companies with good padding? Thanks
+Quitano Gonzalez Hi mate, how's the wrist support on these? I am stuck between these and the Everlast MX. I know that Winning is a superior glove, but I am worried about that slim velcro… and I don't want to order the custom ones just for the wide velcro (too expensive). Does it still offer a decent wrist support after all these years of use? Thanks
Yeah it's the best but the price is so high I saw may weather use them
only 2 years of use? I thought they would last much longer. my fairtex gloves still look brand new after 8 months. I'm looking for something with more cushion and wrist support tho.
Is there a lot of padding on the knuckles?
14 or 16 oz winning gloves for the heavy bag?
how long did these end up lasting you?
how many years did you own these gloves before getting new ones? or are you still using these?
